Green Meadows Modular Homes is a family owned and operated business in Dudley, Massachusetts. We founded Dudley Concrete in 1985 and have grown that business through the years. Green Meadows was established in 2003 to provide turn-key modular homes and has quickly grown to the point where we're putting up more than 10 houses a year. With a staff of 11, we're able to turn projects around rapidly, but we're small enough to give you the personal service you deserve.

We differentiate ourselves from many modular home dealers with our turn-key package. Through our affiliation with Dudley Concrete, we are able to start your build rapidly. We've established a reliable group of specialists to take the rest of the house from delivery through plumbing & electrical, detail and button-up so that you're able to move in to your new home months ahead of expectations.
